Laz Ewe 2RT is a division of the Laz Ewe 2 Bar Brand. Robert Butler and Christine Knoblauch joined forces to create Laz Ewe 2RT. Robert Butler has operated 2RT Produce Inc for over 30 years. During this time span he has produced an array of crops including potatoes, grains, alfalfa and beef over the years. Laz ewe 2 Bar Dairy has been producing grass based artisan cheeses since 2007.

A collaboration between Christine and Robert was developed with the goal in mind of bringing you the best products possible. Our partnered resources allows for us to expand our acreages and products while complimenting each farm. The Del Norte acreage is grass meadows and the Center acreage is alfalfa production. This blend allows us to produce more the the forages our grass based animals need without having to purchase it from outside unknown sources.

The Del Norte acreage is our base point. It is where our animals spend the majority of their grazing time. They are free to roam through the pastures broken up for rational grazing which helps control animal and pasture management. The Knoblauch Ranch has been in our family since 1882. In 2016 the Knoblauch Ranch received its Centennial Farm designation, this means its been in one family name for over a century.  Christine is 5th generation on the farm.

We produce aged cow cheese including Gouda, Havarti, Edam & Parmesan. In the Goat milk we produce flavored Chevre's and Feta's. If you jump over to the artisan cheese pages more information about the cheese is provided there.

We also produce grass-fed Scottish Highlander Beef & grass-fed lamb. More information is provided on the grass fed meats pages.
